Consultation Fees
Please have your CURRENT Medicare, Pension, Health Care or Veteran Affairs card with you at EACH visit. Patients are encouraged to pay their accounts on the same day of their consultation. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or by credit card.
On the spot Medicare claiming is now available with the presentation of an EFTPOS Debit Card.. Bulk billing of Pension, Concession, and Health care card holders is at the discretion of the doctor. Gap payment of your visits is possible if you are unable to pay the full consultation fee.

Shiloh Medical practice has a strict policy with the staff regarding confidentiality. Information regarding your personal health information is securely maintained at all times.
Test Results
Results of blood tests, pathology, radiology tests will NOT be available over the phone. You are required to make an appointment to discuss your results for continuity of care and confidentiality. Please don’t request results from reception staff.
